❓ I’ve never done a heated class before — what should I expect?

Our heated classes take place in a dark, 90° room with upbeat music and high vibes. You’ll sweat (a lot), feel challenged, and leave feeling empowered. It’s normal to feel nervous before your first class — just show up, stay hydrated, and move at your own pace. You’ve got this!

❓ Do I need to wear shoes?

No shoes needed! All classes are done barefoot for better grounding, balance, and connection to your movement. Shoes can be left in the front room before entering the studio.

❓ What if I need to cancel?

We get it — life happens! Just cancel your booking at least 24 hours in advance to avoid losing your class credit. No-shows or late cancellations will incur a $5.35 fee.

❓ What should I wear?

Wear comfortable, sweat-friendly clothes that allow you to move freely — think leggings, shorts, sports bras, tanks, etc. And don’t forget a sweat towel — you’ll thank us later!

❓ Do I need to bring my own equipment?

Nope! We’ve got you covered with resistance bands and weights for every class. Bring your water bottle, a towel, and good energy — and if you have your own yoga mat, feel free to bring it! We also have some available for you to use.

❓ How do I book a class?

Head to our Booking Portal, click “Not a member? Make a booking,” choose your class, and follow the prompts. First-timers can use code 1XFREE to try their first class on us!

❓ Are all classes heated?

Most of our classes are heated unless otherwise noted (like Gentle Flow or Yoga Nidra). Heated classes are clearly labeled when booking so you know what to expect!

❓ Is there a minimum age to attend?

Yes — all participants must be at least 16 years old unless noted otherwise (like in our teen-focused Power Up class).

STUDIO CLASS TIMES

While all CKS classes are pre-scheduled and require booking in advance, here’s a general look at when we typically host classes each week:

Morning Classes:

Monday–Friday:

Between 5:15am – 7:00am

(Great for early risers or before-work movement!)


Evening Classes:

Monday–Thursday:

Between 5:45pm – 7:00pm

(Includes Sculpt, Strength, Flow, and more)


WEEKEND CLASSES

All classes must be pre-booked via our online portal.

New schedules are released monthly — check back or follow us on Instagram and Facebook for updates!

Fridays: 5:15am


Select Saturdays:

Special pop-up or outdoor events


Want in on Saturday classes?

They drop Thursday at 9AM on the app.


Sundays: Typically 2:30pm & 4:00pm
